Mallory is currently splitting her time between New York and Houston; she spends her days doing freelance styling and consulting work for top publications such as Harper's BAZAAR and the Wall Street Journal; and brands like Dolce and Gabbana. Prior to starting her freelance career, she was the Senior Fashion Market Editor at Harper’s BAZAAR, where she edited all the shopping sections including: The Bazaar, The Look, The Style, Fabulous at Every Age and So Bazaar. Before joining the team at Harper's BAZAAR, Mallory held a Fashion Associate title at T, the New York Times Style Magazine. She started her career as the first assistant to celebrity stylist Leslie Fremar upon graduating from Parson's The New School of Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts. When not scouring the market and runway for the newest trends and key pieces, you can find her on a hiking trail or having an intense political debate over a glass of Japanese whiskey.
In January 2017, Mallory also founded a charitable giving circle for women in the fashion industry which focuses on supporting women's rights throughout the world. You can learn more about the giving circle here. www.friendsinfashion.org.
